Course Policies
  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A valid Purchase Order may be used to reserve a place where applicable..
    • A 50% deposit may be accepted to secure a reservation. The balance becomes payable on or before the first day of training..
  • HAMCOL reserves the right to postpone or cancel programmes if minimum enrolment requirements are not met..
  • Registered participants will receive advance notice of any changes..
  • Substitutions may be made at no additional cost before the programme begins..

Terms and Conditions for Training Courses and Events
Most of our courses cover six (6) or twelve (12) hours, beginning with registration at 9.00a.m and finishing at 4.00 pm.

A coffee break and lunch are usually included. Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We urge you to register for a course as soon as possible. If a course is full, you may be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified if cancellations occur and space becomes available.

Registration & Payment

[Corporate Registrations]
Upon receipt of your registration, HAMCOL will confirm attendance and issue a Proforma Invoice where applicable. Organizations may submit an approved Purchase Order before final invoicing.
[Individual Registrations]
Individuals are required to complete registration and submit full payment at least two (2) working days before the programme unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment by:
  • Bank transfer
  • Cheque
  • MoneyGram
  • Xoom (for overseas participants)
    • Banking details will be provided upon registration.

    Course details, schedules, and delivery formats are provided for each individual programme. Most seminars are delivered over six (6) or twelve (12) hours. Depending on the programme, sessions may be offered:

    Sessions offered online provide participants with the flexibility to join from any location through our secure virtual learning platform. Interactive tools and live facilitation ensure the same engaging experience as face‑to‑face delivery.

    At a Training Venue
    Depending on the programme, sessions may be conducted at one of our approved training venues. These venues are equipped with modern facilities that support group interaction, practical exercises, and networking opportunities in a comfortable learning environment.

    At Your Organization
    For organizations seeking customized delivery, seminars can be hosted directly at your premises. This option allows teams to learn together in a familiar setting, with content tailored to your operational needs and scheduling preferences.
