Hamilton's College of Professional Training Limited (HAMCOL) traces its roots to Professional Trainers Institute (PTI), established in November 1998 following the restructuring of the former Manpower Development Division of JAMPRO.

In 2007, Hamilton's College of Professional Training Limited was incorporated as the parent company, while PTI continued as the recognized trading name for many years because of its strong reputation within the Jamaican training industry.

Today, HAMCOL proudly serves organizations and professionals throughout Jamaica and beyond, delivering innovative, practical, and results-driven training solutions that help individuals and organizations thrive.
